As an administrator of our dspace repository, I remember having a painful exercise to try to get all the content of all the Email templates right. If I had the ability to edit it from the front-end application, it would have made the exercise easy and administrators would have much control in their hands. It would give us the flexibility of being able to change the content as and when we require easily and quickly.

Either a window where the Email template content can be presented through admin interface or a facility to upload the email template file via the application front-end would be helpful.
Describe alternatives or workarounds you've considered
Unfortunately, we didn't find any workarounds or alternatives than to reach out to the developers and get the file replaced on their side because we are hosted and do not have access to the email template files.
