HagiCode's public site serves developers, tech leads, indie teams, and self-hosted operators who are evaluating an AI coding workspace. They arrive from GitHub, docs, release notes, social posts, Steam, and search. They need to understand what HagiCode is, why it is different from code-chat tools, and which public entry point fits them: website, docs, desktop, container, or Steam.

Product Purpose

The site is the public narrative and conversion surface for the HagiCode ecosystem. It should explain HagiCode as an operational workspace for repository understanding, proposal-driven change, execution, and reusable knowledge, then direct visitors into the right next step without flattening the product into a single slogan. Success means the system feels legible, credible, and worth exploring further.

Brand Personality

Operational, ambitious, lucid. The tone should feel technically confident, systems-minded, and energetic without sounding breathless or inflated. Visitors should come away with a sense that HagiCode is serious software for real development work, not a novelty AI wrapper.

Anti-references

Do not make HagiCode look like a generic AI SaaS landing page built from soft cream blocks, stock 3D blobs, and interchangeable productivity copy. Do not lean on decorative glassmorphism, neon-for-neon's-sake cyberpunk, mascot-driven toy AI branding, or anonymous enterprise minimalism. Avoid the hero-metric template, and do not reduce the product story to "chat with your code."

Design Principles

  • Show systems, not slogans.
  • Make complexity legible.
  • Technical, not costume.
  • One clear next step per surface.
  • Motion must explain, not decorate.

Accessibility & Inclusion

Meet WCAG AA contrast and focus requirements across supported themes. Respect prefers-reduced-motion, preserve keyboard navigation, and keep multilingual typography readable for Latin and CJK content on desktop and mobile. Do not rely on color alone for meaning, and keep the primary story understandable even on small screens.
