Enhancing the UI by introducing the landing page to improve user experience & domain changing

As per our last discussion on redesigning the user interface,

To enhance data discoverability and streamline user navigation, we propose introducing a Landing Page for the application. This page will serve as a dynamic page, highlighting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), primary data entry points for data and visualizations.

The idea is that we provide interesting insights derived from our data first, and if the user wants to learn more they can navigate directly into the relevant view/data. This concept is similar to that used in usa.facts.org

By replacing hierarchy paths with direct data access, users can immediately surface high-value insights and navigate directly to relevant details. This page will be updated with every data release.

The changes we're proposing here are:

• Rename Openginxplore to OpenData.
• Move openginxplore.opendata.lk to opendata.lk domain.
• Use datafoundation.lk for the official website which is currently on opendata.lk
• Landing page with different entry points to the application
