Current and Expected Behavior

At the current time, b164 is marked as newer than a169. This should be the other way.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Install a version marked as Alpha with a newer Tweak/Prerelease number.
2. Let the updater check for updates.
3. Get a dialog that b164 is newer than your version.
