Don't brick if LSP URL is incorrect

If the LSP URL is entered incorrectly or if the LSP is down (probably just URL incorrect), the whole wallet fails to function, even if the node is not being used at all.

Originally had this error because I couldn't switch the LSP and entered an incorrect URL on accident: https://sen.mutinywallet.com/organizations/sentry/issues/1669/?project=2&query=is:unresolved&statsPeriod=14d&stream_index=0

All it takes is a space at the end to cause it to become unrecoverable.
