Footers are missing

Same as ProjectPythia/projectpythia.github.io#530, the shared footers are currently missing.

We can either add them directly to the myst.yml in this repo as in ProjectPythia/projectpythia.github.io#531, or fix the upstream config.

I'm going to start tagging things that should be resolved to coincide with our JOSE manuscript submission, this is one of them.

Footers are now displaying on every page that is successfully building due to MyST's site part extension support working now.

Should we close this and ProjectPythia/projectpythia.github.io#530 and #547 and have a different issue to discuss any changes you want to make to the footer?

Doesn't matter much to me where we have the discussion, but there are some details over at #536 that should be considered along the way.

Now that the footers are actually being displayed, I think there's some urgency to deciding how they should look and what they should say.

I think we should close all those "footers missing" issues to avoid mislead and open one accordingly re their look and say, including the relevant discussion from #536

I agree, all future footer edits will be in the pythia-config repository. I'll try to take a look today or tomorrow at moving details from #536 into a draft PR over there

portal#567 will keep track of how footers should look like, so we can now close this one

EDIT: @jukent please feel free to open issue on pythia-config if you want to track this over there and discard this one (I thoguht keeoing track of a site-wide element like this would make sense to be in the portal repo)
