Out-1.csv is empty

I have been recently facing a problem when running sambadaParallel. after finishing the analysis and without any particular Error message the output prefix-Out-1.csv is empty. This happens in a completely random manner. I have tried the same dataset and commands several times and in some case it works perfectly, while in others the output 1 is empty
