I'm thinking of reverting the CI/CD process to what was used more in the last release but with CmdStan 2.37

I assume there's a reason julia-actions/cache@v4 is reverting to julia-actions/cache@v1, is that correct?

Ah that's a mistake I made when originally updating the CI/CD process. Julia-actions/cache is separate from github actions cache. So the v4 shouldn't be applied there. What we will most likely do is look at the last release done and look at that CI/CD process and probably use github actions cache v4.
