Usefull features request

Hi, We have a big challenge to convince customers to use: MPS and SMA without
1- table management(order can be dine-in, delivery, take away pick up, tables for dine-in order type.
-2-split printing by categories (pizza, juice…).
3- waiter associated. (For restaurants)
we have to choose between bhojon,irestora, gastro, and ultimate apps but each has some critical issues.

4-For supermarkets: the Unit conversion should be added, For example, when you purchase let's water bottle packaging,
your software should be able to turn those into pieces... This means if you procure 1 Package of 24 bottles...
that means 24 units of bottle will be available for sale (if enabled).
If disabled, the package of bottles will only be sold as a package and not converted into smaller units.

90% of customers ask for these features to simplify their business and much other external software provides that.
could you improve your app with these features? regards

Hello,

1. Currently only table select and the option to open order with any reference is possible with restaurant features enabled. Have you checked that?
2. I will add the option to sort order items by category
3. MPS, has an impersonation option that can be enabled in setting. It allows users to easily login with QRCcode. If that's not what you are saying, please let me know what you have in mind.
4. You have units under settings and MPS do this. Please check and if anything is missing let me know.

   Yes, staff can make any number of orders and accept payments
4. I need an option like what described with water bottles: same stock for cartoons and pieces.
   Yes, there are units (unit of measurement) that can be used to sell cartoons or pieces.

Thank you for sharing the images. Now MPS has the option to add halls & tables to any hall by form only. There is a feature request listed for the floor plan that will be in future.
