update gui

The current gui is implemented using pygame apis, while the gui from the server side is implemented in pyQt. Perhaps having a rewritten version of the client gui in pyQt will make the whole project more consistent and easier for future developmen?

Do any people(possibly new member) in GUI team wants to learn and practice the pyQt frameworks? The work will mainly contains showing the videos from server and displaying some informations, so it should be easier than the server GUI. We can talk more about this during the Monday meeting.
