Public encoder displaying error upload_max_filesize

Danny, I found an issue with the public encoder (https://encoder4.wwbn.net); it is displaying the following error message:
Erro The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini

I believe it is just a configuration issue specifically, one that is too restrictive.
I recommend setting the upload size limit according to the standard:
