[battery_manager] MRI phantom scan visit labels shown outside the Imaging Browser

MRI phantom scan visit labels currently appear in the visit label filters in the battery_manager module. I'm not sure whether these labels are intended to be available outside the Imaging Browser. If not, they should be excluded from battery_manager.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior (attach screenshots if applicable):

1. Go to 'Tools' -> 'Battery Manager'
2. Click on the 'Visit Label' dropdown
3. Observe that MRI phantom scan visit labels are listed as options

What did you expect to happen?
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

MRI phantom scan visit labels should only appear where they are intended. If they are only meant for the Imaging Browser, they should not appear in visit label filters in other modules.
