Platform: Draft initial design documentation for our MVP

Define an initial draft of the MVP design.

Acceptance Criteria:

• A model of the pieces of the puzzle
• A document describing how this might be delivered
• A willingness to accept the criticism and suggestions for improvement that this will generate

I have made progress on the MVP design. I recommend that we do some of our product-oriented work immediately while we continue to hammer out the technical details of the backend.
