Migration of Geant4 branches to Geant4 11.4.2

Number of important fixes are included on top of Geant4 11.4.1. Please, make a new branch using official Geant4 branch https://geant4-dev.web.cern.ch/download/11.4.2.html, this branch will stay for long.

Please migrate Geant4 branches (G4VECGEOM, GEANT4, G4ADEPT) to this version for testing.

We still need special IB for 2016 low-pileup data analysis.

This patch release we need to perform testing with the master and with 17_0 branch, because this patch may be used for Run3 ultra-legacy. In this case, we need duplication of branch IBs on base of master and of CMSSW_17_0.

In future, we will request only master IBs.

@civanch , we have many tests fasiling with GEANT4 11.4.2 for both CMSSW_20_1_GEANT4 and CMSSW_17_0_GEANT4 IBs

@civanch @bsunanda , Geant4 version 11.4.2 is now available in special GEANT4_X and G4VECGEOM_X IBs CMSSW_17_0 and CMSSW_20_1 release cycles. Special build of 12.6.0 using geant4 11.4.2 is also available on cmsdev42.

- login to cmsdev42 node
- start el7 container
cmssw-el7
- setup cms env
source /build/126x-g4/G4_11.4.2/cms/cmsset_default.sh
- Create cmssw dev area
scram project CMSSW_12_6_0_G41142
- setup cmssw env
