[FEAT-003] ✅ DONE - Add Flow Launcher as Standalone Optional Tool

Status: Done (2026-02-10) Priority: Medium Component: tools/flow-launcher/

Description: Flow Launcher offered as a standalone optional tool alongside the default Keypirinha launcher. Originally implemented as a full migration, rescoped to keep Keypirinha as default and provide Flow Launcher independently.

Implementation:

  • ✅ Reverted Keypirinha-to-Flow-Launcher migration (restored all default Keypirinha references)
  • ✅ Created tools/flow-launcher/install-flow-launcher.ps1 - standalone installer (TDD)
  • ✅ Created tools/flow-launcher/install-flow-launcher.bat wrapper
  • ✅ configure-program-plugin.ps1 + tests - configures Program plugin
  • ✅ Program plugin scans shortcuts/ (root) and shortcuts_private/
  • ✅ Updated docs/flow-launcher-setup.md for standalone usage
