"closing file that is still unlocked" always output on RHEL7.x

This message is currently only displayed on RHEL7.x and RHEL7.x Clone OS.

1. Take a snapshot
2. Backup with the dd command
3. Transitions incremental mode
4. Take an incremental snapshot
   --->"closing file that is still unlocked" is always output when taking a snapshot of the [ / ] partition.

Looking at the source code, if the counter in atomic_read() is greater than 0, it is force close.
Why does this only occur on the [ / ] partition?
Can I ignore this messages?
