Better declarative approach for page layout

Though #505 introduces better layout logic inside PdfViewer, as @quaaantumdev explained, it is not declarative and sometimes it is very difficult to handle PdfViewerParams equality for viewer invalidation.

So we need to integrate (not just "merge") #581, #582, and #592 somehow on the current master.
