Intentional or Typo?

This seems like a typo to me, but I'm not 100% sure so here's a very minor issue instead of a PR that may or may not be desired:

I assume this is supposed to say "preset", but currently it says "present". If it's meant to say present, then maybe it should be reworded as I don't understand why it would say "present" in this context.

Thanks, @FlorianWendelborn! We meant that a gpc.json file is "present" on the web server under the .well-known/gpc.json path.
