Codex Adapter

Read AGENTS.md first - it carries the operating rules, the required reads, the session lifecycle, and the skill routing for every tool. This file is only what differs in Codex.

What differs here

• Codex invokes a skill by name or from natural language; there is no / namespace. Match the user's intent against the description in skills/<name>/SKILL.md and execute that file directly.
• Treat a typed /command as plain text naming the skill - never ask the user to paste a boot prompt.
