versions and releases

git tags go only up to 3.9, see https://github.com/hatching/sflock/tags

while pypi goes up to 3.10 https://pypi.org/project/SFlock/#history

also some changes, like removing the six dependency, are unreleased

So with latest git tag or pypi release, we get No module named 'six' error if not installing it.

Could you:

1. push missing git tags
2. release a 3.11 version to ship unreleased changes
