Standardize Supply Tree JSON schema

The Python [supply tree generation code](https://github.com/helpfulengineering/project-data-platform/blob/main/src/atoms.py) emits supply trees in JSON format. This format needs to be documented so it can be used to facilitate integration between supply tree generation and visualization tools
