Start the needed services automatically when building

Since the test target depends on rabbitmq service to be up, it should bring it up automatically. To reduce the possibilities of conflict, we can bind the service to a socket file, custom port or maybe run tests in a container.

It should also take care of using the right rabbitmq host.
