[JENKINS-72188] Make the plugin read the standard variables: HTTP_PROXY, NO_PROXY

Currently plugin applies httpProxy to each call. and there is no list to exclude urls from proxy.

I guess best approach to solve this is to make the plugin read the standard variables: HTTPS_PROXY, HTTP_PROXY, NO_PROXY.
