Spurious warning, a bug?

This doesn't look like a valid warning. What's exactly the issue?

A test in the wrong place. It has to be done later, when the document begins.

Thanks for confirming. Should I file a separate bug report or you will transport it to an issue?

For now, I’ve deleted (v 25.15) the message, in search of a better option.
