Admins should be able to delete draft Vibe apps, especially for deleted members
#3538
In the Manage vibe apps admin area, I can see a large number of draft Vibe apps. Some of these drafts are owned by users who are now listed as Deleted member.
As an admin, I would expect to be able to clean up draft apps, especially when the original owner is no longer active. However, the available actions only appear to include options like Transfer ownership and Unpublish, and those options are disabled for the draft shown. There does not appear to be a way for an admin to delete or remove unused draft apps.
This creates an admin cleanup issue because old drafts can accumulate indefinitely, including drafts tied to deleted members, with no clear way to manage or remove them.
Expected behavior:
Admins should be able to delete draft Vibe apps, especially when:
the app is still in draft status
the owner is a deleted member
the app is unused or abandoned
the draft is cluttering the admin management page
Actual behavior:
Draft Vibe apps appear in the Manage vibe apps page, but admins do not appear to have a delete/remove option. Available actions are disabled or not applicable.
Impact:
This makes it difficult to maintain a clean and accurate Vibe app inventory. It also creates confusion around ownership, governance, and app lifecycle management.
Suggested improvement:
Add a Delete draft or Archive draft option for admins, with appropriate confirmation messaging, so abandoned draft apps can be cleaned up safely.
