[Bug]: Job Monitor(Action->Set the relative time start condition to) Not working

Description of the bug

I tried testing Job Monitor a bit and noticed that (Action->Set the relative time start condition to) Not working, when I enter a given period after Job validation it only displays (Set Relative start condition of job X to 00:00:00)

Reproduction steps

1. Start OpenBullet 2 web client
2. Navigate to the Monitor page
3. Create Triggered Action
4. Add your trigger
5. Add Action -> Set the relative time start condition to (Put your period)
6. after Trigger validation it only displays (Set Relative start condition of job X to 00:00:00) and not the entered period.

What is the current bug behavior?

after Trigger validation using Action -> Set the relative time start condition to (Put your period), it only displays (Set Relative start condition of job X to 00:00:00) and not the entered period.

What is the expected correct behavior?

After the trigger is validated using this Action -> Set the relative time start condition to (Put your period), it must display the entered period for the action to be triggered successfully.
