List of Providers being shown even before the bucket is created

Ideal flow:

1. Provider registers
2. User creates a bucket either through File System or through S3 interface
3. Post bucket creation, matching of the provider happens
4. Now the providers are available for that bucket/drive. Now is when the provider list can be shown.
