Initial work to convert the login screen to compose. It is still a work in progress, as it lacks some features like biometrics and intent stuff. Most of the focus has been to streamline the TV experience with a predictable and clear UI/layout, and it fixes some per-existing issues like: #3079

I have now fixed biometrics. I have also removed the quick edit bar in favor of only using the activity. This is because the quickbar did not really make it easier, faster or nicer to switch account.

Furthermore, I have also changed some of the semantics of the biometrics and instant login, because the old system had some really interesting design quirks. For example "manage accounts" from main activity no longer re-promts the biometrics.

Everything looks good and works, except for two things:

1. The profile icon in TV layout on the home page does not always change when you change profile. This will leave users confused about which profile they are on.

2. There is no limit to name length, which can cause unintended UI in settings. Previously there were no limit, but you could not enter newlines, now you can, which makes the issue clearer. I recommend limiting the input, but keeping the limit high.
