[Announcement] Unofficial Community Fork updated to Lua 5.4.2!

Hi everyone! Since this awesome project hasn't been updated for a long time, I've decided to fork it and bring it back to life for the modern era. 🚀

I just released the LuaForWindows 5.4.2 (Lite Edition).

• Upgraded the core engine to Lua 5.4.2.
• Modernized the Inno Setup compiler scripts.
• Removed the ancient and incompatible 5.1 C-libraries to ensure rock-solid stability on modern Windows.
