Missing a few details, or perhaps documentations.

This tool looks great! I think this is long overdue, and it is great that you did this work.
I am missing some information:

1. create example --app https://url.suff/git/repo.git or create example --app file://local/path/to/git/file. I believe that this is possible, but wasn't documented (or maybe I didn't find it, if so - sorry).
2. Custom app install post bench creation is documented well. However, FAQ claims bench get-app... and then fm restart... should suffice. No bench install-app... needed? Is it correct?
3. Updates to an app. Is it possible with fm? I didn't see documentation for this. Perhaps bench get-app... and then fm restart..., or do I need to run bench migrate or perhapse a simple bench update --apps... inside fm shell?
4. Port number control. How do I choose a different port number (e.g.: 8080 and 4433)?
5. Is ghcr.io registry mandatory?
