Provide TTN Javascript decoder for senseBox devices

Expected Behavior

Provide a configured Javascript decoder for TTN enabled devices.

Current Behavior

Right now you have to copy and modify the decoder provided by dasdigidings.

Possible Solution

Extend sensorLayouts by a field storing the encoded data type.
When enabeling the TTN integration provide the corresponding Javascript decoder for copy & paste to TTN.
