Hello. I have get KVM Full and get problems

The screen image is visible only when the patch cord from the KVM is directly connected to the laptop, as soon as the KVM is connected to the local internal network, the page opening speed takes up to 5 minutes without receiving an image.

There is packet loss when pinging. Of the measures taken

1. replacing the router
2. replacing the patch cord
3. replacing the HDMI cable

Sometimes, I can get a video signal by switching the video from Direct to WebRTC, or WebRTC to Direct. If that doesn’t work, rebooting the NanoKVM will fix it.

I tried with the 2.4.3 and 2.5.0 versions, I only have a black screen:

This is just what I see when logging in on my NanoKVM, it stays like this, even if I wait 30 seconds.

Rebooting NanoKVM or the system does not fix the issue. Changing video mode or resolution does not fix the issue.

Please provide more information. For example, the system version and graphics card of the controlled computer.

This happened with Debian 13.6 on Gigabyte Z68MA-D2H-B3.

And now I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue, I had a black screen like before but it recognized my key press and woke up the remote system. Maybe 2.5.0 fixed the issue.

• Video mode = Direct
• Resolution = 1920 x 1080
• Quality = Lossless
• FPS = 30 Hz

My browser is Firefox 153.0 on Ubuntu 26.04.

I shut down the computer (through NanoKVM) and this appeared:

Then I restarted it and I was able to see the BIOS.

Everything is working as intended. 🎉
