Process for adding a new product collection:


Edit collection info in javascript:
===================================
*Create a new collections_js/dataStore_X.js file
*At top of templates/includes/basicscripts.html, add 'import dataStore_.js'

*In collections_js/dataStore.js,
    * add product info to either METProduct or RSProduct
    * add line to names_memcache
    * potentially add product to names_notdefault
    * add line to maxDates_lookup

*In templates/includes/hidden_maxDates.html, add a new input box for MaxDate for product. Add the id for this to collection_dataStore.py in maxDates_lookup array

*In collections_js/dataStore.js
    *add line for names_memcache
    *add line for maxDates_lookup

*In collectionMethods.py:
    *add 'import collection_X.py' to top of file
    *add an 'elif product==' to get_collection
    *add an entry to get_climatology_collection() only if we have a precomputed climo

*In collection_dataStore.py
    *add line for defaults_yearClim
    *add line for default_maxDateCalc
    *add line for names_memcache
    *add line for maxDates_lookup
    *add line for defaults_maxDates
    *edit maxDateWorker... to obtain maxDate for new product


*adjust units of data
     *formatData.py... might need to adjust the units in the data at modify_units_in_timeseries()
