As a ServiceX user I want to be able to restart a failed transform request so I can continue with my work once the failure conditions have been removed
Add a button to the dashboard page that would allow me to restart a failed transform in case it failed due to S3 full, or some external problem that has been resolved
It should only re-run the failed files and merge the results into the original, successful result
