Hi Bram, last year we had our first vimfest in Berlin and it was a huge success. The atmosphere was open, friendly, and cooperative. This year, we start planning ahead, created a website (http://vimfest.de/), we will change the timeschedule and organize a dinner before the whole two days of hacking starts.
