Can you put the schematics you made here to see if I can spot the error? |

I recommend using one of this as the footprint / schematics and just place the 34 pin connector: https://github.com/vroland/epdiy-hardware/tree/main/adapters Moving this to a discussion since it is not really an issue with Epdiy. |

Hi, I am interested in making this type of screen supported.... About preparing the SW part: I wonder if there is a guideline I can follow to branch out from the main and share the source code for a light demo on this display.. |

ET068SC1 is an interesting, but quite unknown flexible 6.8" e-ink display.
I have been trying to find a way to get it to work for quite a while. I did manage to get a datasheet which I'll put below. After digging out an old epdiy v5 board I realized pretty quickly that while the connector is the same as for ED060SC4, the connections are definitely not. I designed an adapter which I got printed off but understood that because of my limited electronics knowledge that my mapping between ET068SC1<->ED060SC4 wasn't really right, so that was a complete failure.
Would there even be possible to have an adapter board for this display on a v7 board? Quickly skimming through the datasheet and comparing it to other supported displays make me think so, but any clarity would be appreciated.. I'd be happy to ship out one of these displays if needed
