Issue: Incompatibility between Create: Factory Logistics and Create: Factory Controller

Environment:
- NeoForge 21.1.248 (Minecraft 1.21.1)
- Create 6.0.10
- Create: Factory Logistics 1.6.0
- Create: Factory Controller 1.1.1
Tests Ran:
A new installation was made with just the three mods with the latest version of NeoForge. No configs adjusted. Tests ran on new single player world.
Result:
Crashes during load due to a possible mixin error (see attached crash log).
Both mods verified working on NeoForge 21.1.248 (latest version at time of writing) independently and in a modpack. The crash only occurs when trying to load both at once.
