ktx2: add initial test files - #14

* KTX2 test files are copied, as they are, from libktx's main testsuite KTX2 files (KTX-Software/tests/resources/ktx2/). The purpose here is not to test libktx itself (libktx has a testsuite consisting of thousands of KTX2 files) but rather to test that OIIO KTX2 plugin correctly calls libktx API and handles errors/erroneous inputs safely.
