Minimum supported Erlang/OTP is now 24. - Remove OTP version-conditional code and workarounds no longer applicable on OTP 24+, the Travis config, and CI entries for OTP 18-23. - Remove Cowboy 1.x support and the COWBOY_VERSION env. Cowboy 2.x is the only supported version. - Move the static dialyzer no_unknown setting into rebar.config and drop the obsolete rebar 2.x dep handling from the app rebar.config.script files. - Add a send_coveralls make target (used from CI so rebar3 is picked up from PATH) and bump the coveralls plugin to 2.2.0.
