Add `prettysimf::pretty_simf_please` function under feature `fmt` into `smplx-std`

I have another idea: we could export prettysimf behind a fmt feature gate in smplx-sdk to enable in-memory file formatting.

Files which will be edited:

• smplx-std, lib.rs file - add re-export under feature gate
