Removes [js-yaml](https://github.com/nodeca/js-yaml). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [js-yaml](https://github.com/nodeca/js-yaml), [eslint](https://github.com/eslint/eslint) and [eslint-config-next](https://github.com/vercel/next.js/tree/HEAD/packages/eslint-config-next). These dependencies need to be updated together.
