This PR adds a concrete
suggestionfield to review comments so each finding can include an actionable next step for authors. It updates the comment model, prompt output schema, parser fallback, visualization JSON export, skill criteria, and tests.This supports the roadmap goal of improving comment quality by making feedback more directly useful to researchers revising paper drafts.
