chore: cleanup yarnrc .yml file to remove axios as an allowed package

Overview

Updates .yarnrc.yml to simplify npmPreapprovedPackages by removing the temporary axios@1.14.0 exception and keeping only @codecademy/* on the age-gate allowlist. The npmMinimalAgeGate: 7d policy remains unchanged.
