chore(deps): update anthropic SDK and opentelemetry packages - #2319

- Replace `embed as any` / `embeds as any[]` in interaction reply calls with
`as unknown as APIEmbed` double-cast; import APIEmbed from discord.js
- Replace `(this.rest.get as any)` URL hack with proper REST query options:
`{ query: new URLSearchParams({ with_counts: 'true' }) }`
- Fix biome formatting: multi-line clientCaps in ws/handler, wrapped return
in bridge.ts (both carry over from main after #2316 merge)

{ query: URLSearchParams } option instead of inline query string.
Update the test assertion to check options.query instead of route.

Closing as supersededThis PR can no longer be merged — main has since advanced past all of its changes with strictly newer versions. Merging it would downgrade the codebase:
The discord type fixes included here were already merged via #2318. The test update is identical to what's on main. All of the intent of this PR has been incorporated and improved upon. Closing as obsolete. No action needed. — Jackdaw |
