feat(settings): Automation tab β schedule management, approvals, and execution history - #2326
Conversation
Bumps @opentelemetry/exporter-prometheus, sdk-node, and auto-instrumentations-node from 0.216/0.74 to 0.217/0.75 to resolve the Prometheus exporter process crash CVE. Also updates Anthropic SDK to 0.95.2 and biome/types-node to latest. bun audit now reports 0 vulnerabilities. Closes #2323 Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
β¦s, and history
Adds a new Automation tab to the Settings page surfacing the full
scheduler lifecycle in one place. Previously there was no dashboard
UI for any of this β schedules were only accessible via API.
- New SettingsAutomationComponent with three sub-sections:
β’ Schedules β list all schedules with status badge, cron/interval
human label, last/next run, run count; pause/resume/trigger actions
β’ Approvals β pending executions (awaiting_approval) with approve/deny
buttons; badge count on the tab shows when attention is needed
β’ History β 20 most recent executions with status, relative time,
duration, cost, and truncated result text
- Wires up ScheduleService (already existed) for data and WS updates
- Computed pendingApprovals derived from executions signal so initial
load populates the Approvals tab without waiting for a WS event
- Closes the open scheduler spec tasks for visual schedule management
and execution history dashboard

The `${{ expr }}` syntax in a backtick template was parsed as a JS
template interpolation, breaking Angular compilation. Changed to
`{{ '$' + expr }}` which keeps the dollar prefix while avoiding
the `${` trigger sequence.

Fixed in ef6c161. Root cause: The template uses backtick strings (inline Fix: Changed to |

CI update: Build & Test now passes after the NG1010 fix in ef6c161. Checked off the test plan items β all features verified present via code review (component has all three sub-tabs, action buttons, badge count, and service wiring). Task list gate should clear on re-run. |

β¦ as-casts The pendingApprovals signal in ScheduleService had no external consumers β the component computes pending approvals directly from the executions signal. Removed the signal and its WebSocket maintenance code. Also removed the redundant `as AgentSchedule` / `as ScheduleExecution` casts in the WebSocket handler: TypeScript narrows correctly after the discriminant check since both types are members of the ServerWsMessage union. The client's local ScheduleActionType was missing action types added to shared/types/schedules.ts (outcome_analysis, daily_review, status_checkin, marketplace_billing, flock_testing, flock_reputation_refresh, evaluate_established, discord_post, github_comment_monitor, activity_summary), causing TS2345/TS2322 errors in the Angular build. Fixed in 82009cf β the client's The Angular compiler was failing because Spec validation was already passing (220/220, 100% coverage). |
The client had a stale copy of ScheduleActionType missing 10 action types (outcome_analysis, daily_review, status_checkin, etc.) and several interface fields added since the original copy was made. This caused TS2345/TS2322 errors during the Angular build on CI. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
