refactor(student): standardize onboarding UI with shadcn/ui components

Summary

Standardizes the student onboarding UI by replacing native HTML controls with shared shadcn/ui components while preserving the existing onboarding flow and behavior.

Changes

• Replace native <button> elements with Button
• Replace native <input> elements with Input
• Replace skill tags with Badge
• Preserve existing onboarding logic, animations, validation, and interactions
• No functional changes intended

Notes

• Rebased onto the latest main
• Shared shadcn/ui foundation was already merged in refactor(web): add shadcn/ui foundation #47, so this PR only contains the onboarding UI migration
• Preserves the latest onboarding state management and validation changes already on main
