Reservation for ergoplatform/ergo#1909 (Log API queries @debug level).

Work is implemented and submitted upstream as ergoplatform/ergo#2456, currently open and awaiting review. Status stays in-progress until that PR merges.

The work is in: ergoplatform/ergo#2456 was approved by @kushti and merged on 2026-08-10. Moving status from in-progress to awaiting-review and setting expected_completion to the merge date.

What landed: a logQueries directive in ErgoHttpService logging method, relative URI, response status and elapsed time at DEBUG. It wraps the route outside handleRejections, so rejected requests are logged too rather than silently skipped — which was the point of #1909. Plus a commented-out logger in logback.xml so operators can switch it on without a rebuild, and a spec asserting the emitted line through a logback ListAppender instead of matching on stdout.

Nothing else changes — same wallet, same value, same bounty.
