Epic: Visualization & Stretch — Performance Dashboards, Analytics & P2 Power Features #121

Description

@unclesp1d3r

Overview

This Epic covers two complementary themes for HashHive — the distributed hashcat orchestration platform:

  1. Visualization — Surfacing platform activity, agent performance, and cracking progress through rich dashboards, time-series analytics, and real-time charts.
  2. Stretch Goals — A curated set of P2 power-user features that extend platform usability, streamline operational workflows, and modernize the agent-facing API.

These items are lower urgency than the Core Data Flow, Intelligent Scheduling, Operational Polish, and Advanced Features epics, but are critical for long-term adoption, operator efficiency, and platform maturity.

Goals

  • Provide time-series analytics and real-time performance visibility across agents, tasks, and campaigns.
  • Enable headless/terminal-based operations for power users and automated environments.
  • Streamline agent onboarding at scale via voucher-code enrollment.
  • Extend attack configuration workflows with playbooks and smart upload flows.
  • Modernize the agent-facing REST API for a clean, idiomatic developer experience.
  • Allow inline editing of resources directly in the browser for improved operator ergonomics.

Sub-Issues

🟡 P1 — Visualization

# Title Story Points
#110 [P1] Historical Performance Graphs & Analytics —

#110 adds time-series storage for agent hash rates, task throughput, and campaign progress. It introduces rolling hash-rate trends, campaign performance history, per-agent comparisons, and Recharts-based dashboard charts. Builds on the real-time monitoring work from #27.

🔵 P2 — Stretch Features

# Title Story Points
#111 [P2] Agent API v2 — Modern Idiomatic Design —
#112 [P2] Crackable Uploads — Auto Hash Detection & Attack Generation —
#113 [P2] Inline Resource Editing in Browser —
#114 [P2] Bulk Agent Enrollment via Voucher Codes SP:3
#115 [P2] Attack Playbooks — Grouped Template Deployment SP:5
#116 [P2] TUI Interface for Headless Operations —

Dependencies

Success Criteria

  • Time-series performance data is stored and queryable for agents, tasks, and campaigns.
  • Recharts-based performance dashboard is live with per-agent and per-campaign breakdowns.
  • TUI covers core operator views (agent status, campaign progress, results stream) with live updates.
  • Voucher-code agent enrollment flow is functional end-to-end.
  • Attack playbooks support ordered template groups and deploy to campaigns automatically.
  • Crackable upload flow auto-detects hash type and generates a suggested attack.
  • Agent API v2 passes contract tests and is documented.
  • Inline editing is available for at least campaigns, hashlists, and agents.
