feat(dashboard): address copy tooltip and SDP status indicator - #1122

Implements two dashboard features: 1. Address copy-to-clipboard tooltip (Fracverse#1044) - truncateAddress() returns G...ABCD format - copyToClipboard() uses navigator.clipboard API with legacy fallback - useAddressCopy() hook manages copied boolean state with 2s reset timer - TruncatedAddress component shows 'Copied!' tooltip with checkmark 2. SDP status integration indicator (Fracverse#1042) - SdpStatusIndicator polls api.getSdpStatus() every 30s - Shows 'Synced' badge when status is operational/synced/ok - Shows Syncing/Degraded/Offline badges for other states All 14 unit tests pass (5 for Fracverse#1044, 7 for Fracverse#1042). Closes Fracverse#1044 Closes Fracverse#1042

All 14 unit tests pass (5 for #1044, 7 for #1042).
