I added a ZED-F9P GPS driver with NAV-PVT decoding, checksum validation, receiver configuration, and ACK/NAK/timeout handling
It decodes UBX-NAV-PVT into a struct holding position, velocity, satellite count, and the flags that say how far to trust the numbers
Validated it with cpp check and usb device testing received 1 Hz NAV-PVT messages with no checksum errors
Have not yet tested it with antennas yet
